You've got questions? I've got answers.
Client welcome guides are incredible for elevating your clients experience. It provides them with valuable and helpful information. After they've booked you sometimes they're left wondering what's next, and this guide will help with that. This way you don't have to keep writing emails with the same info, it's all in one guide for you with an aesthetic touch.

To me a pricing guide isn't just a page full of packages and pricing, at least my pricing guide isn't. It's much more than that, it shows the value you bring to them when they book you, as well as showing your process.

You can absolutely print it!

Yes it does! Some of my designs are only accessible with premium, which does mean you'll need premium or a canva logo will appear. However in my tutorial you receive with your purchase I'll show you how to delete those premium features so you can avoid those unwanted canva logos.

Both guides include professionally written copy, meaning most of the copy is done in the guide besides areas I couldn't know the answer too, pricing, client reviews, vendors, etc. I also recommend going through it and matching it to your personality, but you don't need to.

Included in your purchase is a tutorial video of me showing you how to edit this guide in every aspect. Canva is a free to use online graphic design tool.

Yes, I designed the guide in an aesthetically pleasing way. However you can change fonts, and colors to match your style better. And you will need to swap images, leaving my photos in the guide will give false advertisement to your clients, so don't forget to change those out.
answer seven:
These guides are NON REFUNDABLE given they are virtual. I don't see anyone wanting a refund as they are advertised exactly how they'll be. But just in case, make sure you fully look over what's included so you're aware of what's provided in these.
