2. **Services Provided**

Brooke Anne Keeping You Wild provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, product photography, and related services. Specific services and pricing are outlined on our website.

3. **Booking and Payment Terms**

- **Booking**: To reserve photography services, a signed contract and deposit/retainer are required. The details of booking, payment, and cancellation will be provided in a separate contract upon booking.
  
- **Payment**: Full payment for services is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made via invoice, zelle, venmo.

- **Deposits**: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by the photographer.

- **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 2 months/immediate notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session, subject to availability and for elopements/ weddings to rebook a new date you're required to pay another retainer.

4. **Intellectual Property**

All photographs, images, videos, and content produced by Brooke Anne Keeping You Wild are the intellectual property of Brooke Anne Keeping You Wild and are protected by copyright laws. By booking our services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site or from photography sessions for commercial purposes without prior written consent from us.

5. **Client Responsibilities**

- **Cooperation**: To ensure the best possible results, clients are expected to cooperate with the photographer during the session. Failure to follow the photographer's instructions or arrive late for the session may result in a reduced service or additional fees.
  
- **Image Usage**: You agree to grant Brooke Anne Keeping You Wild permission to use your photographs for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. **Limitation of Liability**

While we make every effort to provide excellent service, Brooke Anne Keeping You Wild is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or photography services, including loss of data or financial loss.

Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
